Jesse Singh came to the US
11 years ago from his native New Delhi in India. His
goal was to realize a dream of his father to open a
pub or restaurant.
Jesse started his restaurant career
working at Grinders and then Hometown Buffet. After
several years, Jesse and his wife opened the first India
Princess In Old California Restaurant Row in San Marcos. People instantly recognized India Princess as one of
the best Indian Restaurants in San Diego County.

Tandoori cuisine is
